EOG's are quickly approaching.  In preparation to help students be successful for this test here are some testing strategies to discuss with your child:

1.  Don't Get Stuck:  If you don't know how to do a problem or having trouble with a problem, skip it and come back to it later.

2.  Memory Dump - When you first start the test, write down all the formulas you can remember so you have them to use during the test.  As the test goes on, the brain gets tired and you may not be able to use remember them later.

3. First is the best- The first answer that pops in your mind is usually the best.

 

 

4. Look it over- look your test over to make sure you have not missed a question.  Too oftn t tests get handed in without the student realizing that they left questions blank.
